Rajan Shahi comments on low TRP ratings of Rupali Ganguly starrer Anupamaa; says, “YRKKH has witnessed…”

Rupali Ganguly starrer Anupamaa has been in the news for several reasons. The show has always been at the top of the TRP charts but since a few weeks the ratings have dropped. And Udne Ki Aasha has secured the number 1 spot on the list as of now. In a recent interview, producer Rajan Shahi has commented on low TRP rating of Anupamaa.

Rajan Shahi comments on low ratings of Anupamaa

Talking to Telly Talk India, Rajan Shahi said, “TRP matters to everyone, right from actors to caterers. People often say that TRPs don’t matter to them. TRP matters to me, but I also believe in offering good content. DKP always believes in focusing on limited shows to enhance the quality of them. YRKKH has witnessed a lot of ups and downs. The ups and downs in the graph are very organic.”

However, show Udne Ki Aasha starring Kanwar Dhillon and Neha Harsora in main roles is on the top spot in TRP list. Rajan Shahi spoke about the same as he said, ‘”t is good to see good shows coming in at number 1. Someday, we will also be back. My best wishes to all of them. We will work hard to achieve the success.”

Anupamaa has been running successfully on the small screen for years now. The show became a household name and impressed everyone. For quite some time, the show underwent drastic change and new faces were welcomed. A few months ago, Gaurav Khanna, Madalsa Sharma, Nidhi Shah, Sudhanshu Pandey and others announced their exit from the show.
